It's Been Awhile...
It has been 3 years and two months since my last post. It doesn't feel like 3 years, but... I definitely miss writing and sharing how I'm feeling and doing. There are a good amount of things that have
changed for me.
The last time I posted, it was just after the new year, and I listed some goals. Diet was mentioned. I can say since 2015 that my diet is better, but still has a way to go. Avoiding certain types of food has become easy. There are still weaknesses. Ice cream, I'm looking at you. I think I can say that I am a portion control ninja. That, and I just cannot eat a huge plate. So, I try to be selective. I've gotten better control of my weight. Better eating, and little more active.
I also wrote about being more active. It took awhile, but I am in the gym multiple days a week, and it feels pretty good. Since the seasons are changing, I hope to be outdoors a little more.
Pain and cramps are still something I deal with daily. Like right now. I have my coping mechanisms. But, it still sucks.
Let's see if I can stick to some sort of commitment and actually share here.
